1. Delivery area
We deliver within Germany and to selected countries within the European Union.

2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the goods. The exact shipping costs will be shown to you during the ordering process.

3. Delivery times
The delivery time is usually 7-14 days from receipt of the order, unless otherwise stated. The information on delivery times is non-binding unless a binding delivery period has been expressly agreed.

4th delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays.

5. Partial deliveries
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this is advantageous for faster processing or if items are temporarily unavailable. This will not incur any additional costs for you.

6. Pick up
It is also possible to collect the goods yourself by arrangement. Please contact our customer service for this.

7. Insurance
The goods are insured against transport damage during transport. Please check the condition of the packaging upon receipt of the goods and report any damage immediately to the deliverer and our customer service.
